This Refund and Return Policy sets out the terms under which ticket purchases, reservations, and payments for Puff & Paint Jamaica events, private classes, corporate bookings, and transfer services are handled with respect to refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.

By completing a booking with Puff & Paint Jamaica, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full. We strongly encourage all guests to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Puff & Paint Jamaica operates a strict no-refund policy. All ticket purchases, event reservations, private class bookings, corporate event deposits, and transfer payments are final once confirmed. We do not offer cash refunds, partial refunds, or credits in lieu of refunds for customer-initiated cancellations.

This policy exists because our events involve significant advance planning, artist scheduling, venue coordination, art supply procurement, and DJ arrangements — all committed costs that cannot be recovered once a booking is confirmed.

We encourage every guest to consider their booking carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an upcoming event — including the date, location, format, or accessibility — please contact us before completing your purchase so we can assist you in making the right choice.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be offered in the following circumstances:

Rescheduling Option

While all sales are final and we do not issue refunds, we understand that plans change. As a courtesy to our guests, Puff & Paint Jamaica offers a one-time rescheduling option under the following conditions:

• Your rescheduling request must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled event start time
• Rescheduling is subject to availability at a future Puff & Paint Jamaica event of equal or lesser value
• Only one reschedule is permitted per booking. A second reschedule request is at the sole discretion of Puff & Paint Jamaica
• Your rescheduled credit must be used within 6 months of the original event date. Credits not used within this period are forfeited with no further recourse
• Rescheduled bookings are non-transferable to a different person, event type, or location unless agreed in writing by Puff & Paint Jamaica
• The rescheduling option is a goodwill gesture and does not constitute a contractual right to a refund or credit in any other form

How to Request a Reschedule

To request a reschedule for your Puff & Paint Jamaica booking, follow these steps:

1. Contact us in writing at least 48 hours before your event Email info@officialpuffandpaintja.com with your full name, booking reference number, event date, and reason for the reschedule request.
2. Receive acknowledgement within 1 business day Our team will confirm receipt of your request and advise whether a reschedule is available based on your original booking and future event availability.
3. Select your new event date We will provide available future event options. You choose the date and location that works best for you, subject to availability and the 6-month credit window.
4. Receive written confirmation of your rescheduled booking Once your new date is confirmed, we will issue a written confirmation to the email address on file. Your original ticket is cancelled and a new reservation is created.

Rescheduling requests submitted by phone only will not be processed. All requests must be made in writing via email to create a clear record for both parties.

Cancellations by Puff & Paint Jamaica

Puff & Paint Jamaica reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or significantly alter any event in circumstances beyond our reasonable control or where operational requirements make it necessary. Such circumstances include but are not limited to:

• Severe weather, tropical storms, or hurricane conditions
• Public health emergencies or government-mandated restrictions
• Venue unavailability, damage, or access restrictions
• Insufficient ticket sales for a scheduled event
• Loss of a key artist, performer, or essential vendor with no suitable replacement
• Force majeure events as described in Section 14

What We Offer if We Cancel

In the event of a cancellation initiated by Puff & Paint Jamaica, all affected ticket holders will be offered one of the following options:

Puff & Paint Jamaica will notify affected ticket holders as soon as possible by email when a cancellation or postponement is confirmed. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by guests as a result of our cancellation, including transportation, accommodation, or other travel expenses.

Event Tickets

The following terms apply specifically to standard event ticket purchases for Puff & Paint Jamaica public painting sessions at our Ocho Rios, Montego Bay, Negril, and Kingston locations:

• All tickets are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of the reason for non-attendance.
• Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, time, and location confirmed in your booking. They cannot be transferred to a different event without prior written approval from Puff & Paint Jamaica.
• Tickets are personal to the named purchaser and are non-transferable to another person without notifying us in advance. Transferred tickets presented by an individual not on the booking may be refused at the door.
• Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be refused entry without compensation.
• Lost or forgotten tickets can be retrieved by contacting us with your booking reference before the event. Puff & Paint Jamaica is not responsible for tickets lost due to an incorrect email address provided at booking.

Private & Corporate Events

Private classes and corporate event bookings involve bespoke planning, dedicated artist time, and venue coordination arranged exclusively for your group. The following terms apply:

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm a private or corporate event. The deposit amount will be agreed in writing at the time of booking and is forfeited in all circumstances, including cancellations initiated by the client.

Cancellation by the Client

Rescheduling Private & Corporate Events

Requests to reschedule a private or corporate event must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the event date. One complimentary reschedule is offered per booking where notice is given within this window, subject to artist and venue availability. Rescheduling requests with fewer than 14 days notice are at Puff & Paint Jamaica's sole discretion and may incur an administrative fee.

Transfer Bookings

Puff & Paint Jamaica offers optional transfer and transportation services for guests attending our events. The following refund and cancellation terms apply to transfer bookings:

Transfer cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@officialpuffandpaintja.com. Phone-only cancellations are not accepted for refund processing purposes.

Puff & Paint Jamaica is not responsible for refunds on transfer costs where a guest misses their pickup due to being at the wrong location, being unprepared at the confirmed time, or due to personal delays beyond our control.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

No-Shows

A no-show occurs when a guest fails to attend their booked event without contacting Puff & Paint Jamaica in advance. All no-shows are fully non-refundable. The booking is forfeited and no credit, rescheduling, or alternative is offered. This applies to all event types including public events, private classes, and corporate bookings.

Late Arrivals

Our events begin at the confirmed start time and are structured around a guided painting session led by a local artist. Late arrivals disrupt the experience for other guests and the artist. The following applies to late arrivals:

• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after the event start time may be denied entry at the discretion of our event staff
• No refund or rescheduling credit will be offered to guests who are refused entry due to late arrival
• If you anticipate being late, contact us immediately by phone or message. We will advise whether late entry is possible for that event

Age Verification Refusal

Puff & Paint Jamaica is strictly an 18+ experience. Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented by all attendees upon arrival. The following applies where entry is refused due to age:

• Any guest refused entry because they cannot prove they are 18 years of age or older will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances
• Any guest who is confirmed to be under 18 years of age will be refused entry and their ticket will be forfeited with no refund, credit, or rescheduling offered
• It is the responsibility of the lead booker to ensure all members of their group meet the minimum age requirement before purchasing tickets on their behalf
• Acceptable forms of ID include: valid passport, national identification card, or government-issued driver's licence with a photograph

Removal for Conduct

Puff & Paint Jamaica reserves the right to remove any guest from an event at any time where their behaviour is deemed threatening, abusive, disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of our Terms and Conditions or Jamaican law.

Guests removed from an event for conduct-related reasons are not entitled to any refund for the ticket price paid, regardless of how much of the event remains. No rescheduling credit will be offered in this circumstance.

Any damage caused to venue property, art supplies, equipment, or another guest's personal belongings by a removed guest will be charged to that individual directly. Puff & Paint Jamaica reserves the right to pursue recovery of such costs through legal channels if necessary.

Digital Purchases & Gift Vouchers

Online Ticket Purchases

All tickets purchased through our website booking platform at officialpuffandpaintja.com are delivered digitally to the email address provided at the time of booking. Digital tickets are non-refundable once issued. If you have not received your booking confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Gift Vouchers

Where Puff & Paint Jamaica offers gift vouchers for event experiences:

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash
• Vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher at the time of purchase
• Expired vouchers cannot be extended, redeemed, or refunded
• Lost or stolen voucher codes are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be reissued
• Vouchers may only be used toward the event type or experience for which they were issued unless otherwise specified in writing

Force Majeure

Puff & Paint Jamaica shall not be liable for any failure to deliver a booked event or service where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These Force Majeure Events include but are not limited to:

• Hurricanes, tropical storms, earthquakes, flooding, or other natural disasters — Jamaica's hurricane season runs from June to November and guests should factor this into their planning
• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies declared by a national or international authority
• Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability
• Government-mandated travel restrictions, lockdowns, or public gathering bans
• Power outages, utility failures, or infrastructure damage affecting the event venue
• Strikes or widespread transportation network failures

In the event of a Force Majeure cancellation by Puff & Paint Jamaica, affected guests will be offered a full credit toward a future event (valid for 12 months) or a full refund processed within 14 business days, at the guest's choice. We are not liable for any consequential costs such as flights, accommodation, or personal travel expenses arising from Force Majeure events.

Disputes & Complaints

If you believe this policy has been applied incorrectly to your booking, or if you have a complaint about an event experience, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us in writing within 14 days of the event date Email info@officialpuffandpaintja.com with your booking reference, full name, event date, and a clear description of your complaint or dispute.
2. Receive acknowledgement within 3 business days We will confirm receipt of your complaint and advise on the next steps and expected response timeline.
3. Full response within 14 business days We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. Our response will address each point raised and confirm our decision.
4. Escalation if unresolved If you are not satisfied with our response, both parties agree to pursue mediation in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceedings. All disputes are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
