Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Puff & Paint Jamaica. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at officialpuffandpaintja.com, as well as your attendance at any event, class, or experience operated by Puff & Paint Jamaica ("Puff & Paint", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing our website, making a booking, purchasing a ticket, or attending any Puff & Paint event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not book or attend our events.
If you are booking on behalf of a group, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all members of your group and that all members are aware of and agree to them.
Please read these Terms carefully. Attending a Puff & Paint event involves participation in a cannabis-friendly, adult-only creative experience. By booking, you acknowledge that you meet all eligibility requirements and accept all conditions described in these Terms.

Cannabis-Friendly Policy
Puff & Paint Jamaica operates as a cannabis-friendly experience. Our events are conducted in an environment where the consumption of cannabis is welcomed as part of the relaxed, creative atmosphere we cultivate. By attending our events, you acknowledge and accept this as a core part of the Puff & Paint experience.
Legal Compliance
The possession and personal use of cannabis in Jamaica is governed by the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Act, 2015, which decriminalised the possession of up to 2 ounces (56 grams) of cannabis for personal use by persons aged 18 and over. It is the sole responsibility of each attendee to understand and comply with all applicable Jamaican laws regarding cannabis possession and use at the time of the event.
- Only legally permissible cannabis products may be consumed at our events.
- Cannabis products are not provided, sold, or supplied by Puff & Paint Jamaica. Attendees are responsible for sourcing their own in accordance with local law.
- Puff & Paint Jamaica does not condone or facilitate the purchase, sale, or distribution of any controlled substance beyond what is lawfully permitted under Jamaican law.
Health Acknowledgement
Cannabis consumption may have health effects. By attending our events, you acknowledge that you are aware of any potential health risks associated with cannabis use and that you choose to participate voluntarily. If you have any medical conditions that may be affected by cannabis or second-hand exposure, we recommend consulting a healthcare provider before attending.
Non-Participating Guests
Attendance at a Puff & Paint event does not require you to consume cannabis. Non-participating guests are welcome and will be in an environment where cannabis may be present. By booking a ticket, you confirm you are comfortable attending in this environment.
Cannabis is not provided by Puff & Paint Jamaica. Our events are cannabis-friendly, meaning consumption is permitted — not that it is supplied. All guests are responsible for their own products and for complying with Jamaican law.
Alcohol Policy
Puff & Paint Jamaica events are conducted in a relaxed social environment. Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages to certain events where this is indicated at the time of booking. Where alcohol is available for purchase at the venue or event location, guests may purchase it directly.
- Puff & Paint Jamaica is not responsible for any alcohol-related incidents, accidents, injuries, or issues that arise during or after an event.
- All attendees are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and for behaving responsibly.
- Guests who appear to be excessively intoxicated may be asked to leave the event for the safety and comfort of other attendees. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
- Alcohol will not be served to or consumed by anyone under the age of 18.
Event Conduct
Puff & Paint Jamaica is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, artists, and staff. All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is courteous, responsible, and considerate of others.
Expected Behaviour
- Treat all attendees, artists, event staff, and venue personnel with respect and courtesy at all times.
- Follow all instructions provided by Puff & Paint Jamaica staff, event guides, and venue management.
- Arrive at the event on time. Late arrivals may miss the guided painting introduction and no-shows will forfeit their booking.
- Respect the venue, equipment, art supplies, and property provided for the event.
- Maintain a fun, relaxed, and creative atmosphere in line with the spirit of the event.
Right to Remove
Puff & Paint Jamaica reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove from an event, any attendee whose behaviour is deemed to be:
- Threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, or discriminatory toward any person
- Disruptive to the enjoyment of the event by other guests
- In breach of any applicable law or these Terms
- Endangering the safety or wellbeing of themselves or others
Any attendee removed from an event for behavioural reasons will not be entitled to a refund. Puff & Paint Jamaica is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of removal from an event. Any damage caused to venue property, art materials, or equipment by an attendee will be charged directly to that individual.

You acknowledge that the event may involve exposure to cannabis smoke, art materials (including paints and solvents), music at moderate to elevated volumes, and outdoor or semi-outdoor environments.
If you have any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or other health concerns that may be affected by any of the above, we recommend that you consult a healthcare provider before attending and that you inform our staff upon arrival so we can take reasonable steps to accommodate your needs.
